Flashing CEL

Just picked up a 06 M6 GTO recently. This is my first real performance car and it has full exhaust, Vararam, cam and everything to handle the cam (springs, retainer, ect)

I started it today to let it warm up and noticed i had a flashing CEL. Couldn't tell if it was running rough because the cam but the CEL did go away after 30-45 seconds. When i drove it after it went off it hasn't come back on yet.

Im seeing a lot of posts saying misfire but wasn't able to run the code while the CEL was on so im not sure.

Flashing CEL means misfire. Check your spark plugs and wires. Make sure none of the wires have been burned by the headers.
