If I install a set of 3.91 rear gears on a A4 does it have to be tuned right away.... Correct me if I am wrong but all it should effect is the speedo?..

Lower gears take the load off the tranny and/or clutch. Tune will adjust optimal shifts with your combo. Just make sure you get the gears done right, the first time. Let me know if I can help with that.
That should be enough rebuilds, I'm somewhere in the triple digits at this point. Use factory seals and bearings if you can, the aftermarket seals tend to leak and other bearings, including timken are a step back.
Does GM have a rebuild kit and if so do you have the part number? I ordered one from g force but that was two weeks ago or more and still haven't gotten it yet.... So I may just get the GM thank you !

I have the GM parts in stock. You cant buy them in the states. The gforce kit is inferior to what I offer and use.PM me if you would like a kit. You would be taking a step backwards using the kit you mention. I'll ship tomorrow if you like. PM me.
I need to figure out how to fix the part in hptuners that lets you actually get it to calculate the exact speed. I know my speedo is off and have no idea how fast I'm going. But right now trying to fix my vacuum leaks at the moment.
