I probably missed it, but why did you decide to ditch the HTV2300?

Couldn't get enough out of it. In theory 18 lbs is as high as they go. We are looking for 20+. Radio already has the car over 800 whp but still has a lot of tuning to do.

Thanks, we are going to get it together a little short of our ultimate goal to put some miles on it.

A little over 800/800. We might turn that down a bit to stabilize the system....belt slip is an issue

Makes we want to make another trip to SNL just to see Ethyl! Screw talking to Jason, Matt, and Steve... I'd just stare at Ethyl the whole time. Lmao!

Took erock up there last Wednesday evening. As we walked up Matt was backing her out of the garage, gave me a woodie

This is the first Street Driven 4.0 Liter Whipple in a GTO that I know of. Towards the end, we found that the tires breaking loose at 100 MPH was quite disconcerting.

Once you chop one all to crap like this you can appreciate the stock setup, they are sweet cars. Of course when the tires break loose at 100, that is a special rush

I am thinking to turn the intake to the front of the Supercharger, cut everything out, then put a pro-stock style scoop on it giving real ram air.

Started installing the fire suppression system today. Got the arming cable in and routed. Ran out of time though so maybe I can finish it when I get back.
