Rolling is actually better... but harder find someone with the proper tools to do so.

I personally cut my own and a couple other members fenders... just need a good steady hand and the right air tools to make it happen. Its really not that hard... just make sure whoever is doing the work doesnt cut them too far down or it can split the welded area and you will need to epoxy it or have someone do a little tac welding.
